Access control and biometric systems are security solutions provided by Signature Security Group to the business environment. To enhance security, these access control systems can be connected to CCTV cameras or intercoms to monitor the people or vehicle’s movement in the client’s premises. These security systems use access card, which helps the proximity reader to identify the individual easily. Data stored in the card is compared with the database, depending on which access to the pre-defined secure areas is given. Proximity readers scan the access cards to analyse the access level of individuals and store the information’s of access for future reference. The access control software can be accessed only by authorised administrator, as it is password protected.
Biometrics systems make use of unique fingerprint of an individual as an access control instead of using physical access card. Based on the fingerprint information of an individual, they identify the person and allow the entry and exit permission to authorised users only.
